Jazmin is going into her 8th year here at Valverde. She was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco but raised here in Denver. Jazmin was a former Valverde Viking and is now a Sped paraprofessional. She enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, walking her two dogs.(Labrador/German shepard mix & Rottwiler). She also enjoys spending time baking sweet treats. Jazmin loves to bring Joy, enthusiasm and curiosity into students learning.
Jazmín está entrando en su octavo año aquí en Valverde. Nació en Guadalajara, Jalisco pero se crió aquí en Denver. Jazmin fue un ex Vikingo de Valverde y ahora es paraprofesional de Sped. Le gusta pasar tiempo al aire libre haciendo caminatas, paseando a sus dos perros ( Mezcla de labrador y pastor alemán al igual que un rottwiler). También le gusta pasar tiempo horneando pasteles y postres. A Jazmin le encanta llevar alegría, entusiasmo y curiosidad al aprendizaje de los estudiantes.

Brittany is celebrating her 8th year at Valverde and has lived in Denver for a decade. She is excited to embark on her second year as a special education teacher but 9th year overall in education. She enjoys travel, cooking, spending time with family and friends, and snuggling her chihuahua, Theo. She is passionate about supporting students on their reading and math journeys and is so grateful to be part of the Valverde community.
Brittany celebra su 8º año en Valverde y vive en Denver desde hace una década. Está emocionada de embarcarse en su primer año como maestra de educación especial, pero el octavo año en general en educación. Le gusta viajar, cocinar, pasar tiempo con su familia y amigos y acurrucarse con su chihuahua. Le apasiona apoyar a los estudiantes en sus viajes de lectura y matemáticas y está muy agradecida de ser parte de la comunidad de Valverde.

Diana is joining the Valverde Special Education team, she brings 16 years of experience in education all at Denver Public Schools. She has previously taught ECE, Kindergarten, and First grade. it prides her in teaching students from her community. Diana believes in the importance of equipping students with the necessary tools to become life-long learners. Her passion is to inspire and encourage students to dream big and reach their full potential. She recognizes that every student has unique strengths and challenges. She strives to instill a love of learning in all of her students. Diana loves visiting her hometown in Chihuahua Mexico.
Diana se une al equipo de Educación Especial de Valverde y aporta 16 años de experiencia en educación, todo en las Escuelas Públicas de Denver. Anteriormente enseñó ECE, jardín de infantes y primer grado. se enorgullece de enseñar a estudiantes de su comunidad. Diana cree en la importancia de dotar a los estudiantes de las herramientas necesarias para que se conviertan en aprendices de por vida. Su pasión es inspirar y animar a los estudiantes a soñar en grande y alcanzar su máximo potencial. Ella reconoce que cada estudiante tiene fortalezas y desafíos únicos. Ella se esfuerza por inculcar el amor por el aprendizaje en todos sus estudiantes. A Diana le encanta visitar su ciudad natal en Chihuahua, México.
