Emily is going into her 11th year at Valverde! She taught ECE and Kindergarten as a teacher, and she loves everything about teaching and learning! She is originally from Tucson, Arizona but has lived in Boston, Tulsa, Panama, Nicaragua and Spain! She loves Denver and when she’s not at Valverde, she’s with her husband, 3 kids, and friends enjoying Colorado! She loves running, laughing, baking, arts & crafts, the mountains, traveling, and spicy food!
¡Emily está entrando año 11 en Valverde! Ella enseñó ECE y Kindergarten como maestra, ¡y le encanta todo lo relacionado con la enseñanza y el aprendizaje! Ella es originaria de Tucson, Arizona, ¡pero ha vivido en Boston, Tulsa, Panamá, Nicaragua y España! Le encanta Denver y cuando no está en Valverde, ¡está con su esposo, sus 3 hijos y sus amigos disfrutando de Colorado! Le encanta correr, reindo, hornear, hacer arte, las montañas, viajar y la comida picante.

Mery is going into her 7th year at Valverde! She has taught different elementary grades and she was an instructional coach in North Carolina. She loves teaching and learning about different culures! She is from Colombia, but she has also lived in North Carolina. Her husband is also a teacher and they have two beautiful daughters, Paula and Luciana. She loves sports, music and spending time with family and friends! Mery va a su 7º año en Valverde!
Ha enseñado en diferentes grados de primaria y fue entrenadora de instrucción en Carolina del Norte. ¡Le encanta enseñar y aprender sobre diferentes culturas! Ella es de Colombia, pero también ha vivido en Carolina del Norte. Su esposo también es maestro y tienen dos hermosas hijas, Paula y Luciana. ¡Le encantan los deportes, la música y pasar tiempo con familiares y amigos!
