Kelsey is starting her 9th year at Valverde! She taught Kinder ELA-S and ELA-E before joining the 1st grade team. She loves being a part of the Valverde community and finds so much joy in teaching our students. She’s originally from Arkansas, but moved to Colorado in 2011 and lived in Nicaragua in between. When she’s not at Valverde she enjoys reading, rock climbing & being outside, traveling to new places and exploring Denver with her husband, son and dog!
¡Kelsey comienza su noveno año en Valverde! Ella enseñó Kinder ELA-S y ELA-E antes de unirse al equipo de primer grado. Le encanta ser parte de la comunidad de Valverde y encuentra mucha alegría en enseñar a nuestros estudiantes. Ella es originaria de Arkansas, pero se mudó a Colorado en 2011 y vivió en Nicaragua en el medio. Cuando no está en Valverde, le gusta leer, viajar a lugares nuevos y explorar Denver con su esposo, hijo y perro.

Mi nombre es maestro Guevara, este es mi primer año en Valverde. Tengo 23 años como docente, 16 en Illinois y 7 en Denver. Yo nací en el estado de Zacatecas, y viví en la ciudad de Chicago antes de mudarme a Colorado. En mis tiempos libres me gusta ir a las montañas con mi familia y mis mascotas.
My name is Maestro Guevara; this is my first year at Valverde. I have 23 years as a teacher, 16 in Illinois and 7 in Denver. I was born in Zacatecas and lived in Chicago before moving to Colorado. I like going to the mountains in my free time with my family and pets.

Delia was born and raised in Denver and is a Valverde Elementary alumni. She loves working with her community and Valverde has her heart. She is starting her 9th year as a first grade teacher. She loves spending time with her husband and two boys watching movies, going to baseball games, and traveling to the beach.
Delia nació y se crió en Denver y es una ex alumna de la Primaria Valverde. Le encanta trabajar con su comunidad y Valverde tiene su corazón. Ella está comenzando su noveno año como maestra de primer grado. Le encanta pasar tiempo con su esposo y sus dos hijos viendo películas, yendo a juegos de béisbol y viajando a la playa.
