Courtney is beginning her 9th year at Valverde. She loves the critical thinking and passion that comes with upper elementary thinkers and strives to connect this to current issues and advocating to make our world a better, kinder place. She is originally from Massachusetts, and has lived in New Zealand and Honduras before moving to Denver. When she’s not at school, she loves hiking, climbing, skiing, reading and contemplating which spot in her yard needs a new plant.

Courtney comienza su noveno año en Valverde. Le encanta el pensamiento crítico y la pasión que conllevan los pensadores de primaria superior y se esfuerza por conectarlo con los problemas actuales y abogar por hacer de nuestro mundo un lugar mejor y más amable. Ella es originaria de Massachusetts y vivió en Nueva Zelanda y Honduras antes de mudarse a Denver. Cuando no está en la escuela, le encanta hacer senderismo, escalar, esquiar, leer y contemplar en qué lugar de su jardín necesita una planta nueva.
